Hundreds of UFO images captured over Perth, Australia - Apr 27, 2013

Rob Hartland has taken from the veranda of his Darlington home in the Perth Hills, more than 20,000 photos of the day-time sky in the past six months and analysed them on his computer.

It began when he was taking photos of clouds to test out a new camera when he noticed a "smudge" that, when enlarged and enhanced, "had some structure to it, suggesting it could be some sort of craft in the sky".

He says since then he has identified a dozen different UFOs including round, square and saucer-shaped craft, posting the photos to his website wispyclouds.net for extra-terrestrial buffs and sceptics to ponder.

These craft are fast-moving and fly at fairly high altitude as Rob usually focus the camera on the edges of mid- to high-altitude clouds. Rob usually take a series of 20 to 30 photos on continuous shooting mode with a fraction of a second between each photo. When captured, most of the time these craft are present in only one and occasionally two of the series of 20 images. Rob usually take about 300 images at a time, especially when there are wispy high-altitude clouds. On some days there may be craft present in more than 5% of the photos, although many are too small for enhancing.

Mysterious disc-shaped object on the basis Mawson, Antarctica? - Nov 30, 2012

This time-lapse video shows a strange object from two different angles.

A UFO departs from Mawson or is it just a water drop on the lens of the camera?

Maybe it's just a water drop, but what makes this photograph interesting, is the rear side of the object. The author of this video called it a cockpit, but after enlarging this part of the image, it looks more like exhaust pipes.

Water drop with exhaust pipes... or are we witnessing a secret plane? Please decide for yourself..

This unidentified flying object was seen on the 22nd of September 2012 above the Carlton Gardens in Melbourne, Victoria.

The object lingered in the sky for around an hour and changed colour - switching between green, red and blue - and for several seconds at a time disappeared.

Strange UFO Sighting over Melbourne, Australia - Aug 21, 2012

Recorded about 5.30 am - August 21st 2012 above Melbourne Australia.

Watch the shape change of the object when leaving frame view. It looks like something entering the atmosphere with a burn trail behind it.

It doesn,t look like it burnt up at the end, like a meteor / meteorite. also an Alien UFO would not have a burn trail behind it. Is it possible that this object is man-made and part of a secret project, the 'black ops' we are not supposed to know about?
