Alien Space Station Found On The Moon?

The Lunar Orbiters photographed Tycho crater in 1966 and 1967 and first revealed the beautiful state of preservation of this -80 km diameter impact crater.

After analyzing the photograph, there were strange artificial structures visible that do not belong on the moon. Is it possible that this is a man-made or extraterrestrial UFO base or a space station for mining minerals?
