UFO Cloud captured over Cape Town, Africa

Last year on December 29th an amazing cloud or UFO shows up above Cape Town in Africa.

Witness: "The cloud / UFO vanished and returned at 15.57 hours. It has not moved from that position since 13.00 hours except for vanishing".
